Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card and bank payments through Paystack and Flutterwave, both processed securely at checkout. We don't currently support cash on delivery.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Create an account, then apply for a seller account from your dashboard. You'll need to submit some basic verification details (a valid ID, your business details, and a bank account for payouts) for review before your account is approved. Approval isn't automatic -- we review every application to keep the marketplace trustworthy for buyers.
Is there a fee to sell on the platform?
There is no signup fee and no commission on sales you arrange directly with buyers through chat. (Products sold directly by VF Noir Vendors Forum through the app's own checkout are a separate thing, not a seller listing.)
Returns
What's your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See our full Return / Refund Policy for exceptions and details.
Account
I forgot my password -- what do I do?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen -- we'll send a one-time code to your registered email to reset it.
General
How do I actually buy something?
It depends on the listing. A few products are sold directly by VF Noir Vendors Forum -- those have an "Add to Cart" button and go through the normal in-app checkout. Everything else is listed by an independent seller -- those have a "Chat Seller" button instead, which opens a chat with that seller so you can agree on price, payment, and delivery directly with them.
