How returns work on VF Noir Vendors Forum depends on how you bought the item — there are two different kinds of listings on the Platform, and this policy covers both.
1. Items Sold Directly by VF Noir Vendors Forum
Some listings are sold and fulfilled directly by VF Noir Vendors Forum through the app's normal cart and checkout. For these orders:
- Return window: 7 days from delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags/accessories included.
- Return shipping: you cover it for change-of-mind returns; we cover it if the item arrived defective, damaged, or different from what was described.
- Non-returnable categories: perishable goods, underwear/swimwear/intimate apparel, opened cosmetics and personal care items, custom or personalized items, and digital goods — unless defective or not as described.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (via Paystack or Flutterwave), typically within 5–10 business days of the return being received and approved.
2. Items Bought Directly from a Seller via Chat
Most listings on VF Noir Vendors Forum are independent sellers' own products, where you arrange price, payment, and delivery directly with the seller through the in-app chat. VF Noir Vendors Forum is not a party to that sale and doesn't process the payment, so we can't independently guarantee or enforce a return/refund for these purchases. Any return, exchange, or refund terms for a chat-arranged purchase are whatever you and the seller agree to — we'd strongly encourage confirming those terms in the chat itself before you pay, so there's a clear record both sides can refer back to.
If a seller isn't honoring what was agreed, or you believe you've been misled or defrauded, contact us via Contact Us or Live Chat and we'll look into it — repeated or serious issues can result in a seller's account being suspended.
