This Seller Agreement governs your use of VF Noir Vendors Forum as a Seller, in addition to the general Terms of Service. By creating a seller account, you agree to the terms below.
1. How Selling Works Here
VF Noir Vendors Forum is a listings and discovery marketplace — not a payment processor for sales between you and your buyers. You list your products; when a buyer is interested, they message you directly through the Platform's built-in chat. Price, payment method, and delivery are negotiated and arranged directly between you and the buyer. VF Noir Vendors Forum is not a party to that sale and does not collect, hold, or process payment on your behalf.
2. Becoming a Seller
To sell on VF Noir Vendors Forum, you'll need to submit basic verification (KYC) information for review before your account is approved, including a valid form of identification and your business or trading details. We review applications to keep the marketplace trustworthy for buyers; approval isn't automatic or guaranteed.
3. No Commission on Seller-Arranged Sales
Because payment for your listings is arranged directly with the buyer rather than processed by the Platform, VF Noir Vendors Forum does not currently charge commission on sales you make this way. (This is separate from any products VF Noir Vendors Forum lists and sells directly through its own on-platform checkout, which are not seller listings and aren't covered by this Agreement.)
4. Listing Standards
Listings must be accurate, honestly described, and use images you have the right to use. Misleading pricing, counterfeit claims, or stock manipulation may result in listing removal or account suspension.
5. Prohibited Items
The following may not be listed or sold on VF Noir Vendors Forum:
- Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances without proper licensing
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives
- Counterfeit or unauthorized replica goods
- Stolen goods
- Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials
- Items that infringe intellectual property rights
- Adult content or services
- Live animals
- Any item prohibited by Nigerian law
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates this list, without notice, and to suspend accounts with repeated or serious violations.
6. Your Responsibility to Buyers
Since VF Noir Vendors Forum isn't involved in the actual sale, you're responsible for honoring whatever you and the buyer agree to in chat — price, condition, delivery, and any return or refund terms. We encourage being clear and upfront about all of this in the conversation before a buyer sends payment.
7. Conduct in Chat
The in-app chat is for discussing and arranging sales. Using it to harass buyers, share content unrelated to a listing, or attempt to defraud someone may result in suspension.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate a seller account for violating this Agreement, repeated buyer complaints, fraudulent activity, or listing prohibited items. You may close your seller account at any time.
